Refund requests must be submitted formally through our support or contact channels. Any cancellation or refund request becomes effective only after it has been reviewed and acknowledged by our team.
Once a service is cancelled, access may be suspended immediately or at the end of the applicable service period, depending on the nature of the service and the stage of completion.
For most services, MRK UTILITIES collects an advance payment, typically 50% of the total project value, before work begins. This advance payment is used to allocate resources, initiate planning, and, where applicable, arrange domain registration, hosting, and initial design setup.
Once work has commenced or resources have been allocated, advance payments are generally non-refundable.
An advance payment may be considered for refund only if no work has been initiated and no resources (such as domain registration, hosting setup, or initial design work) have been allocated within a reasonable time frame from the order date. Such exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Any remaining balance or final payment collected upon completion or delivery of services is non-refundable. These payments reflect completed work, delivered milestones, or finalized services.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method where possible. In certain cases, refunds may be issued as service credits at our discretion.
